Our staff will be observing the holiday and will be unavailable from 22nd to 25th November. This will cause a delay in reaching out to you and answering your questions immediately. Rest assured we will get back to it on Monday November 26th. We are grateful for your support and patience.
Have a great holiday everyone!!!
What is stored in the SQL database for call caching?
I am preparing to make a resource request to my IT staff to setup a MySQL database for use with Cromwell call caching and would like to understand what gets stored in this database. Are task input or output files stored in the database? Or does the database simply store strings that correspond to file locations on the local filesystem? Or something else entirely? How much space should I expect this database to use?
