Heads up:
We’re moving the GATK website, docs and forum to a new platform. Read the full story and breakdown of key changes on this blog.
Update: July 26, 2019
This section of the forum is now closed; we are working on a new support model for WDL that we will share here shortly. For Cromwell-specific issues, see the Cromwell docs and post questions on Github.

docker images used in the "minimal WDL for joint genotyping"

Hello,

For the docker image used in WDL for joint genotyping (WGS_Joint_Analysis_160909.wdl), broadinstitute/genomes-in-the-cloud:2.2.4-1469632282, is it publically available?

Also, how is the image pulled at runtime when a task is scheduled to run on some server? Is there a docker registry to "docker pull"?

Thanks.

Kitty

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

The docker image you mention is available publicly. You can see here that the genomes-in-the-cloud docker image is in a public repository.

By default, the image will be pulled from dockerhub at runtime. It shouldn't be any different than if you said "docker pull"
