can cromwell localize gs:// links during testing (direct cromwell execution) with input.json?
I'm trying to run cromwell locally for testing before putting everything into firecloud. When running cromwell on the command line with an input.json file, it doesn't appear to be able to automatically retrieve the gs:// entries in the input. I'm not interested in saving my results back to the cloud right now. Is it easy to just have the inputs read from gs:// and run/store everything locally?
