WDL + Cromwell + Windows?

Okay, I am 99.99% Sure I know the answer to this question (but I just need to check for sure), but we have a user who has written scripts strictly capable of running on windows, yet they want to dockerize/run these as part of a larger pipeline.

Assuming that we can first dockerize this (I am not even sure how to go about doing that for a windows docker container), is it possible to run a cromwell task on a windows Docker container. The WDL Spec does not support windows commands... I know this, but Like I said, I just need to check.

One possible solution would be to run a wine process internally wihtin the docker image, but also not sure how well that would work. What do you guys think?
