Continue of Failure

I am trying to implement a Variant Calling Workflow for multiple samples using Cromwell/WDL. I am to incorporate some quality control to my wdl code. As suggested in one of the tutorials, I use a TSV file to specify the multiple samples. Usually what I have noticed with Cromwell is that when one of the samples fail a step of the workflow, they break the entire execution for all the samples. I was wondering if there is a way where I could ask Cromwell to ignore the sample that has failed and to continue with the rest of the samples.

With Regards,
