This section of the forum is now closed; we are working on a new support model for WDL that we will share here shortly. For Cromwell-specific issues, see the Cromwell docs and post questions on Github.

LSF sans server mode

Is it possible to run Cromwell from an LSF interactive session or headnode without needing to have the Cromwell service up and running?

For example could one run :
java -jar cromwell.jar run my_pipeline.wdl -I inputs.json And still get bsub parallelization?

Thanks!
