Download previous versions

I apologize, but I can not find relevant threads regarding if I can download previous builds of GATK. Perhaps I am not using the proper search tags.
I would like to specifically get version 2.5-9 to match the version used by collaborators. I could not locate this version on the ftp, but I may also be looking their wrong. Would this build still be available somewhere? Thank you very much.

Our policy is to not distribute older binaries of the GATK because we cannot provide support for all of them. However, you are free to clone the source from our github repository, checkout whichever version you want, and build it.
Alternatively you could ask your collaborator to send you a copy of theirs, which is probably the simplest option.

You don't support nightly builds but still you allow for download...
@dcittaro, we provide nightly builds as a courtesy to advanced users who want to try out "bleeding edge" features ahead of releases, and as a test resource to detect when a bug has been fixed by a recent development. It's clearly stated that the nightlies are not intended for regular/production work. Providing support for doing so would place an unreasonable burden on the team and would significantly slow down our progress.
I also wasted so much time in searching older binaries. Thanks.
@Geraldine_VdAuwera,
I don't think this is a good policy. A valid reason for wanting older binaries is reproducibility. It is quite common to want to recreate an old analysis with the exact same tool versions used initially. You might have the data around but not the tool.
I also don't agree that by just providing older versions you are committing to giving support for it. I don't see why you can't treat older binaries the same way you treat nightly builds. Use at your own risk.

@CarlosBorroto We're considering making the old binaries available, it's just that it will take some work to set up, and I have a lot on my plate to deal with before I can even think of getting around to that. Meanwhile anyone can grab the source from github and compile old versions. It's a prioritization problem more than anything else.
Thanks for considering changing the policy on this.
HI,where can I download available binary 3.0 version gatk ?
