Using Queue vs. WDL scatter

I'm attempting to figure out what's the difference between using gatk-queue vs using wdl-scatter for parallel.

You can achieve the same results with both. The scripting language is very different, and your options for execution are different as well. We no longer actively support Queue so I would encourage you to use WDL instead.
