What is the difference between genotypemergeoption "UNIQUIFY" "UNSORTED" on CombineVariants

JW_LeeJW_Lee South koreaMember

Hi. I used gatk software followed Best practices for Germline SNP & Indel Discovery in Whole Genome. I get SNPs and INDEL and want to merge SNP and INDEL each. I use Combine variants of gatk command line. I have to determine genotypemergeoption to execute the command. but I could not find any exact difference in enotypemergeoption "UNIQUIFY" and "UNSORTED" in manual. So I want to know the difference between the two options.
