Test-drive the GATK tools and Best Practices pipelines on Terra

Check out this blog post to learn how you can get started with GATK and try out the pipelines in preconfigured workspaces (with a user-friendly interface!) without having to install anything.

AWS Service is down, what's an alternative to run GATk VariantsToTable?

Hi I'm running the following command:
java -Xmx56g -Djava.io.tmpdir=$workDir/tmp -jar /share/apps/gatk/3.4-46/GenomeAnalysisTK.jar -T VariantsToTable -R $refGenome --allowMissingData --splitMultiAllelic \
-F CHROM -F POS -F ID -F REF -F ALT -F QUAL -F FILTER \
-V $workDir/VCF/gnomad.genomes.r2.0.1.sites.$sample.vcf.gz -o $workDir/tsv/gnomad.genomes.sites.$sample.annotated.table

And getting an error:

Please let me know if there's a better option than waiting for AWS to sort itself out.
