Creating an ubuntu snap package for gatk

I would like to create an ubuntu snap package (snapcraft.io) for gatk, to make it easy for myself and others to install and run gatk like any other program. However, the licence forbids re-distribution of the program without prior written permission.

I was wondering whether it would be possible to get permission to re-distribute gatk as a snap package in the ubuntu store. This would make it much easier for users and sys-admins to install and use gatk. It is trivial to add the gatk licence to the snap-package so that users still have to explicitly accept the licence before they are allowed to install the package.
