Why do Mutect 1.1.4 Revision: 48042(Latest Version) gives## muTector v1.0.47986 as header?
I am using muTect 1.1.4, and on successful operation on couple of BAM files, i realised that the header says ## muTector v1.0.47986. i am trying to figure out if I am using the latest version of Mutect. If yes, It will be good to know what is MuTector and why the version is 1.0.47986. if not then how can I obtain the latest version.
