Resource bundle not available through FTP

farahkhanfarahkhan AustraliaMember

Hello,
I was trying to download the resource bundle and using the credentials given on the website. Username: gsapubftp-anonymous and password is empty. Unfortunately I am not able to download files. Following is the error for most of the cases:
550/tutorials/workshops/GATKbasic: no such file or directory.
Is there any way to download resource bundle?
Thank you

It looks like you're accessing the FTP alright but not getting to the right directory. How are you attempting to connect?

I am using the software called cyberduck as I am on windows. I open a new connection and provide following details:
    Server: ftp.broadinstitute.org
    Username: gsapubftp-anonymous
    Password:
Attached is what I see when I establish the connection.
Inside the folder 'bundle' there is another directory called '2.8' which contains 5 folders named as b36, b37, exampleFASTA, hg18 and hg19. I was trying to download hg19 from this directory.
    Is this the right directory?

    Hi,

Yes, you will find the hg19 reference and compatible files in the hg19 directory.
