Why do my dbNSFP annotations have "|" separating identical values?
You may have seen dbNSFP annotations with identical values separated by pipes. For example,
0.30748|0.30748. This happens when Oncotator matches more than one dbNSFP record to the given variant.
Comma cannot be used as a delimiter, as you get parsing errors when multiple variants are listed on one line in an output VCF.
