Can muTect use a different tmp location
Is there a command line parameter for muTect that can tell it to use a specified directory, rather than /tmp, for its temporary files? Our reason for this question is to address security concerns. Obviously, we can run muTect with a umask of 0007 to keep others from reading the output in a shared environment, such as on a compute node of a cluster, but then needing to chmod all output and logs, to open them up is an added step which our users may miss. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
