Trouble accessing FTP files

I'm trying to access files in the FTP bundle. Once I connect I can see the directory, but I am getting the following errors:

USER gsapubftp-anonymous

<<< 331 Anonymous login ok, send your complete email address as your password

PASS ***********

<<< 530 Sorry, max 25 users -- try again later

--> FTP reconnected

CWD /bundle/hg19/

Error EElFTPSError: Control channel transfer error

I have a spinning wheel and can't access files in the directory. I would appreciate your help with this. I am trying to access files for the variant recalibrator step. Thanks.

    Correcting the formatting in the above, the errors are:

    USER gsapubftp-anonymous
    331 Anonymous login ok, send your complete email address as your password

    PASS ***********
    530 Sorry, max 25 users -- try again later

    FTP reconnected
    CDUP
    Error EElFTPSError: Control channel transfer error

    Thanks, this resolved after just waiting for a few hours. I'm using Moba Xterm. I am behind a proxy server. I'm using settings that have allowed me to connect in the past. It looks like it was just busy. Thanks for your response.
