Weird AD values

Dear all,

I worried about the following situation, i have a variant

chr1,116268178,., GA,GAA,G,122.07 -- GT:AD:DP:GQ:PL, 1/2:280,0,0:384:85.03:200,85,376,96,0,1052

Despite of documentation says don't use AD to genotyping i don't understand why genotype is 1/2 when AD is 0 for 1 and 2 and it seems like all reads have the reference allele (AD=280).

Thank you so much for your help.
