Hi @SChaluvadi, Eric actually posted this for Tanya Keenan email@example.com. She registered for the forums yesterday but still cannot post. Do you know why this is the case?
This problem is still occurring for her.
@breardon Ah yes, due to high levels of spam in the recent past we had to implement a new method of approving newly registered users. I am working on getting Tanya's email approved so that she can post on the forum asap - Sorry about the inconvenience!

@breardon Yes! Currently working to figure out why this might be happening but wanted to rule out a transient error so if you can check that this error is still presenting itself that would be great! Additionally, it would be helpful to have the workspace shared with [email protected] for faster debugging.
Just noticed that there is a space in the workspace name "Sap-Seli ctDNA" from the screenshot that was posted. The space in the name of the workspace is what is most likely causing the inability to view those details. The fix for this has been implemented and will go out in the next release!
When will the next release go out?
The release should be going out in the next week or two but the exact date is still being determined! I will be sure to update this thread as soon as that date is set.
