problem with accessing files in a Google bucket

Dear Firecould team.

I get the following access error message when I try to access a workspace I used to have access to:

The Google bucket associated with this workspace is currently unavailable. This should be resolved shortly. If this persists for more than an hour, please write our help forum for assistance.

The workspace is: broad-genomics-delivery/CCLE_WES_and_RNAseq_data

I used to have no problem accessing these files. Could you please help me access the files.

    That's odd. Usually we see that when creating new workspaces on new billing projects, but as you say you've had access to this before, it may be something different. If you are still seeing the message, would you share using the "Share" button in that workspace with [email protected]
