Total Run Cost doesn't show up in my workspace

I see that Total Run Cost is added as a new feature for firecloud jobs. Most other workspaces that I work with shows the run cost after a day or two. But it still says not available in the workspace aryee-lab/dna-methylation. Do I have to request the firecloud team for the cost to show up?

Yes, you can. In order to do that, you would need to clone aryee-lab/dna-methylation and select the new billing account (aryee-merkin).
Unfortunately there is no way to change the billing account associated with a workspace after the workspace has been created, so the only way is through cloning.

Unfortunately no. The job cost analysis won't be able to be calculated for previous jobs run on a different billing account.

Right now this feature is only working correctly for Broad based billing accounts - is this a Broad cost object associated account, or a different one?

This appears to be something we can check on our end. I've asked a developer to take a look and I will let you know when we hear back.
