Insufficient permission to perform operation in a workspace that I am owner of

I am one of the owner of aryee-lab/dna-methylation workspace. I imported a method configuration from my own workspace to this workspace and when I try to run this method, I am getting an error saying insufficient permissions to perform operation on aryee-lab/dna-methylation with code: 403. I am wondering what could be the issue here.

@DivyKangeyan Thank you so much for you patience. A developer has just had the chance to take a look and he is not seeing your email address listed in the billing project. Could you try again to have it added to the project?

We did see this issue last week. Could you check to see that you are a user on the billing project for that workspace?
I was not a user in the billing project and I was added yesterday. But I am still getting the same error!
Alright, I'm going to have our developers take a look. What is your FireCloud email address? We would like to check that all the appropriate permissions are in place for you.

Hi @kateN any update on this issue? Most of my analyses are in Firecloud and because of this issue most of them are pretty much stalled. Any help in get this workspace up and running would be great.

I am pretty sure I was added to the billing project but I will take a look again.
Hi @KateN, I think I was in the wrong billing project. I was added to the right one and now I can run the workflows. Thank you for the help!
