When I try to log into FireCloud, I get an "Error loading user information. Please try again" and a Server Unavailable dialog message.
For what it's worth, I can log in just fine...
Eddie and I were both experiencing this. I'm guessing it was some kind of intermittent outage.
The Devops team confirmed that Firecloud was intermittently unavailable from 5.45p until 10.30p last night. The immediate cause is known and they are looking into making sure it doesn't happen again.
I'm curious what the cause was....can you share that with me?
I don't know myself; I'll try to find out but I'm on a plane with unreliable wifi right now so it may be a while before I can get back to you.
@Geraldine_VdAuwera @ebanks It was not just me and Chet @birger that experienced the issue. @dlivitz and Hallie Zhang confirmed to have experienced the issue as well.
@Geraldine_VdAuwera was it a security/certificate-related setting or configuration? I noticed yesterday some issues related to that.
