Can't access bucket on workspace I just created

Hi Firecloud Team,

I made a workspace "broad-firecloud-testing/BRCA_PanCan"

When I click on the bucket link I get "You do not have sufficient permissions to view this page." and gsutil ls also returns not authorized.

I've attached screenshots of the bucket and workspace.

    Dimitri, do you run chrome with multiple Google accounts? What may have happened is that when you clicked the bucket link, chrome, when it generated its request for the bucket browser, forwarded the access token for your other Google Account. It might have cleared up the following day because the alternative access token was no longer available (or had expired). This is all speculation, but I'm asking to determine whether I should file a bug for an intermittent error condition.
