I have about 100 workflows with tasks that are queued in Cromwell. Workspace is broad-firecloud-ibmwatson/IBM_Wagle_Analysis. Submission ID is e2a862bd-a879-4174-bb77-f6616e7aa67d.
I was not able to change the authorization domain, but it seems like rerunning the workflows with call caching disabled resolved the issue.
@jcha Thanks for the notification - currently looking it and will get back to you soon!
How long have your workflows been queued for?
Hmm, that seems awhile.
@SChaluvadi Could I have access to the broad-firecloud-ibmwatson/IBM_Wagle_Analysis workspace to look at what's going on?
@jcha Can you please share the workspace from FireCloud with [email protected]?
Alright I believe you should have access now.
@jcha It looks like this workspace has restricted access and the firecloud group needs to be added to the Authorization domain. If possible can you please add the group FireCloud-Support to your Authorization Domain so that we can further inspect the workspace?
I don't think I can edit the authorization domain after creation...
You won't need to change the authorization domain - rather you cannot after creation as you mentioned above. You should however, be able to add the FireCloud-Support group to the Auth Domain via the Groups list in your workspace. The Auth Domain is a group that you created the workspace with that you can add the FireCloud-Support to. Here is a link to more details about Authorization Domains to help you with sharing the workspace with us
@jcha Glad to hear that the workflows are running!
If the issue returns, here are steps that you can take to share a workspace that has an Authorization Domain:
Please let me know if you have any further trouble!
