How to loop all pairs of each participant?

Hi,
Say that we have several participants with several pairs. For each participant, we want to merge all VCFs (pair1.vcf, pair2.vcf ...) from each pair into one VCF (participant.vcf). So, what is the best practice?

Thanks,
Chunyang

    Thanks @KateN !
I knew MergeVCF. But, my question is how I can access all of the pair entities (e.g. m2.vcf) for one participant if the Root Entity Type of my config is participant. Or, I have multiple files of metadata that belong to one participant. Is it possible to link one participant to mutiple pairs?

I found the answer here #10738.

I would recommend using a tool like MergeVCFs to write a short method that takes in your paired VCFs and merges them.
