Is there a way to delete a firecloud project if no workspaces have exist under that project?

I created a new FireCloud Billing Project, but realized as soon as I created it that I named it incorrectly. I'd like to delete that billing project and create a new one, or change the name of the one I created. There are no workspaces associated with the Billing Project.

The API's endpoint for creating a billing project, api/billing, does not support a delete operation.

Unfortunately no, there is no way to rename or delete a billing project in FireCloud. I would recommend creating a new billing project with the name you want, and linking it to the same billing account as the original billing project.

I will speak with the team and figure out if that is a feature we can look into adding for the future, but it might be something on Google's side..
