5. Include relevant details, e.g. platform, DNA- or RNA-Seq, WES (+capture kit) or WGS (PCR-free or PCR+), paired- or single-end, read length, expected average coverage, somatic data, etc.
6. For tool errors, include the error stacktrace as well as the exact command.
7. For format issues, include the result of running ValidateSamFile for BAMs or ValidateVariants for VCFs.

# WGS HC call intervals for GRCh37.p13

Hi Team,
I saw in post #9394 that you provide calling interval files for WGS. Great idea! I found one in the bundle but only for hg38. Did I miss something similar for GRCh37.p13, or is this planned?
If not, can you please confirm that the coordinates in the bundle file are for hg38 (first GRCh38 no patch).

Hi @KlausNZ, we do indeed have a b37 version, see https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/gatk-legacy-bundles/b37/

I realize now we haven't updated the FTP version of the bundle -- but you can download it from the GCS bucket above.

The hg38 should indeed be the no-patch version.
