Getting key

pschmitt52pschmitt52 Member Posts: 2

At Dartmouth, we want to run gatk via a galaxy server. The tool on the server runs it in a way that it requires the key. I attempting to get the key the following error comes back:
Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request POST /gatk/confirm-request.php.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

We don't use a proxy server or restrict access on any ports outbound.

Hmm, we've never seen this problem before. It might have been a transient glitch. Can you try making the request from a different location, ie a coffee shop or at home, instead of your institution?

I tried from home last night (comcast ISP) and at Dartmouth this morning with the same results. Both using firefox.
