# Bug in HaplotypeCaller 2.4-7 : "Bad likelihoods detected"

I've encountered this issue, but I've seen this announcement just a moment too late and made my post at http://gatkforums.broadinstitute.org/discussion/comment/4114#Comment_4114

Update: we have a theoretical fix for the "Bad likelihoods detected error" and are now working on implementing it.

I don't know if you have fixed this yet but I have the error in this version too.
