BaseRecalibrator - how do you get the plots to work?

I have used BaseRecalibrator with the -plots option, but no PDF is produced. Is there some other software that is required for this?

Hi Mike, this has been addressed previously on the forum. In brief you need to have R installed and on your path. Please note that we don't provide support for setting up your work environment to enable the R calls, so if this causes you any trouble you'll need to ask a colleague or your IT department to help you.
