Hi, I wanted to get more information about the DepthOfCoverage walker -- the link http://www.broadinstitute.org/gatk/gatkdocs/org_broadinstitute_sting_gatk_walkers_coverage_DepthOfCoverage.html is broken. Is there an alternate link with the details?

@h_manoj, thanks, we're aware of this broken link. There is currently no alternate for that content, but you can find key information to use the tool here and here.

Is the ftp server running? (ftp.broadinstitute.org) Trying to download GATK lite; request times out, unable to ping server.

Sorry to get back to you so late, @dickinsw, I was in holiday-induced hibernation.

We've had a few minor hiccups in server performance; should be all better now, but let us know if you experience any further problems.
