1. Introduction

The MergeReadDepthCoverage utility merges files containing read depth counts into one file.

This utility is used for parallelizing computation of read depth coverage.

2. Inputs / Arguments

  • -I <coverage-file> : The set of input coverage files.

3. Outputs

  • -O <coverage-file> : Tab delimited merged output file.
