2.0-39 Format

The current download (v2.0-39) does not seem to be in bzip2 format. It is not being recognized by bzip2, gzip or tar. I tried downloading it repeatedly throughout the day and using the commandline as well as Ubuntu's Archive Manager. Is this a known issue with the current download or is this just me?

It's a problem with the current download. Notification will be posted in this thread: http://gatkforums.broadinstitute.org/discussion/1220/corrupt-downloads#latest once it is resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

Note that the GATK-Lite download works fine, so feel free to use that one in the meantime.
